Artist Talk
The University of Prince Edward Island will host a moderated discussion regarding my departure as the artist-in-residence from the Atlantic Veterinary College. The event will be held in the Performing Arts Centre Amphitheater, UPEI from 1-2pm (AST), tomorrow, April 16, 2025. Please direct all enquiries to the University of Prince Edward Island.Since January 20 of this year, I have begun creating paintings in response to the insulting and threatening behaviour of the government of the United States of America towards my country. Based on the lyrics of the Canadian national anthem, I have painted quintessential Canadian themes such as icebergs, polar bears and musk-oxen with titles such as Stand on Guard for Thee, Strong and Free and Terre de Nos Aïeux. I have also painted elephants and lemmings.

It’s all about visual communication. Expressing something that others can interpret and come to understand. Collaboration with others makes my work stronger.
