Other than washing off graffiti, many government workers will ‘buff’ or paint over graffiti with grey patches. I prefer the graffiti: The grey doesn’t match, It is applied without care and it fools no one. It makes a City look unkempt, aggressive and depressing. They do make for a launching pad of interesting creatures.
